The NGV series mixing transferring barrel is researched and developed by our company on the basis of absorbing advanced pharmaceutical production processes from countries in Western Europe. It is suitable for transferring materials of closed production processes in pharmaceutical enterprises. The barrel meets the GMP requirements and stores medicines in a closed, safe manner without dampness, featured by convenient use and beautiful appearance.

◆ The barrel is made of 304 stainless steel.
◆ The barrel is of square conical shape. The external walls are subject to matte treatment and polishing treatment with beautiful appearance.
◆ The barrel upper cover and lower cone are formed through pressing by using special molds. The bends are subject to arc transition without dead corners.
◆ The polishing precision of internal walls of the barrel reaches surface roughness Ra0.2μm.
◆ All welding points of the barrel are subject to chamfering treatment and argon arc double-sided welding process. All weld seams are subject to grinding treatment. The welding quality meets the stipulations in JB4708 and JB4709.
◆ The feeding port of the barrel is manufactured by adopting the drawing process. The upper cover is formed through punching by using special molds, and embedded with silicon rubber O ring.
◆ The barrel is provided with the stainless steel butterfly valve with safety device, which has such features as good sealing performance, no water leakage, flexible operation, good safety and reliability.
◆ The barrel has sufficient strength. Its wall thickness meets the requirements for loading capacity. There will be no deformation.
