While the requirements for the control of aseptic preparation production process are brought forward in the new edition GMP, the previous manual vessel cleaning and sterilizing modes cannot meet the requirements in the new edition GMP. In order to solve the difficulty that has always troubled aseptic preparation manufacturers, our company has researched and developed the special cleaning machine for aseptic barrels. The machine has been widely applied at users' sites and successfully passed the new edition GMP validation.

The machine adopts closed cavity. When it works, put the vessel to be cleaned onto the special cleaning bracket designed flexibly to be suited to different sizes and shapes of vessels. Push the cleaning bracket cart into the cleaning cavity. The cleaning water pressurized by the pump station will automatically clean the internal and external surfaces of the vessel after passing through the cleaning nozzle and spray ball. After cleaning is finished, pull out the cleaning bracket cart and push it to the sterilization cabinet for sterilization.
